The Financial Aid application process for the 2019-2020 school year has already begun!
- If you are a current recipient of FACE funding, you should have already received an email outlining the process for reapplication.
- If you foresee the need for tuition assistance for the 2019-2020 school year, you can access the FACTS application by clicking HERE.
*Please Note that the scholarship application for the 2019-20 school year must be completed and verified by FACTS by February 15, 2019 in order to be considered during the first round of scholarship awards.

We have an Open House coming up on Sunday, January 27th from 12:00-2:00pm.
If you are interested in visiting St. Francis Xavier and taking a tour, we invite you to join us. We look forward to sharing with you what makes our school special!
Applications for the 2019-2020 school year (Preschool 3 and 4 year olds through Grade 8) will be made available online that day to the public. Please visit our admissions page if you wish to apply.
Please note:
- We will accept online applications on a rolling basis starting Jan 27th.
- Submission of the application does not guarantee or confirm enrollment into the school.
- Parents of students looking to enter Grade 1-8 are encouraged to have their child “spend-a-day” and should contact the school for more information.
