Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year!

|
It’s been great to see your sun-kissed faces as you drop off school supplies and pick up your Friday Folders! Please click the following link for a detailed letter regarding the start of the 2018-19 school year:
Please note the following:
- Due to the extreme temperatures for this week, students in grades K-8 may wear their GYM uniforms through Thursday.
- All students should come in regular uniform (6-8 special occasion uniform) on Friday, Aug 31st, as we will be attending our opening school Mass. It is also a half-day on Friday (11:30 dismissal for all students; no hot lunch; no after school Extended Care.)
- Folders containing the required start-of-year paperwork should be completed and returned to school with your child on the first day.
- We are also selling the school planners for students in Gr. 1-8 ($6 each) if you have not already picked your planner up.
- Please be sure to send your child with a refillable water bottle to school each day.

Looking to the future…
Want to support our vision? Share our vision with others who may want to join us in our efforts as we continue to plan strategically for our long-term goals.
Please call the school office @ (508) 995-4313 or email info@sfxacushnet.com

St. Francis Xavier School has over time invested greatly in the development of its staff, renovation of its facilities, and enrichment of the breadth and quality of its programs. None of this would have been possible without the generous support of the St. Francis Xavier School family — parishioners, alumni, alumni parents, current parents, grandparents, faculty and staff, and friends of SFX School.
We are so thankful for your support and assistance in providing a solid foundation on which to realize our dreams of future enhancements, growth, and development of our school and its programs. Help us spread the word so as to build upon that generosity!

We hope you enjoyed our gallery of K through 8 student artwork and the musical entertainment of our talented K-5 and upper grade chorus singers and musicians!
Our mid week Fine Arts Night was absolutely phenomenal, bringing the “house down” with musical talent and artistic ability! Numerous parents mentioned how impressive the show was, and how each year it seems to get better. A HUGE thank you goes to Mr. Borges, Miss Cournoyer, Mrs. Gomes, Miss Wilson, and Miss Bonnie, who continue to bring to the surface the gifts and talents that our students naturally possess.
