Our Reopening Plans
Parents should have received an email with our Ongoing Action Plan. It is also posted as a resource document within the FACTS Family Portal. Families should please take the time to read the document in it’s entirety, as there are a few shifts in our school procedures for families to be aware of before the start of school.
Thank you for your patience and understanding, as we awaited final confirmation of Diocesan directives, in order to finalize our plans for reopening.
Diocese of Fall River Catholic schools will comply with the recent DESE mandate as an additional measure to support the health and safety of our students and staff this fall, therefore:
We will reopen fully In-Person and
ALL K-8 Students, and ALL Faculty, Staff and Visitors
(regardless of vaccination status)
will wear a mask when indoors until October 1st.
(Preschool student masking will be highly recommended, though is not required.)
*Please note the following stipulations:
We will be 3 feet socially distanced as much as possible to eliminate Close Contacts.
We will follow all relevant DESE guidelines in regards to handwashing and sanitizing.
We will re-assess our approach, given the metrics in our building and the surrounding area, monthly, as situations unfold leading up to the October 1st threshold.
